Cipinang Besar Utara (Cibesut) Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) administrators use RPTRA's garden as wide as 1,700 square meters to grow 59 types of medicinal plants. Local residents who need the plants can use it for free.

Cibesut RPTRA Coordinator, Rika Rostika conveyed, her side grows variety of medicinal plants such as red ginger, moringa, insulin plant, cat's whiskers plant, Javanese turmeric, Curcuma aeruginosa (temu ireng), flame lily, and others.

Commonly, people use the plants for medicinal purposes. For example, insulin plant can be consumed to reduce sugar levels, moringa to reduce inflammation, and red ginger to warm the body.
One of the residents named Mujiati (38) admitted this RPTRA gives many benefits.
"This RPTRA really helps us since it has many medicinal plants. When we get sick, we often ask for the plants and use it as herbal remedies," she conveyed.
